Terms of Use and Service Agreement
IMPORTANT: THIS AGREEMENT IS APPLICABLE TO APPLICATIONS MADE ON THE INTERNET, IT CONSISTS OF RULES BETWEEN INDIVIDUALS OR LEGAL ENTITIES AND VAVIPO DEFINITIONS OF HOSTING/SERVER USE. BEFORE ORDERING ANY PRODUCT THROUGH OUR WEBSITE, YOU MUST READ THE FULL AGREEMENT OF USE! IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY OF THEIR TERMS, PLEASE CANCEL YOUR ORDER. DO NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE.
Parties and Subject
This usage agreement is between Vavipo Bilgi Teknolojileri, which provides the services specified on the vavipo.com website, and legal and natural persons (referred to as the Customer or account holder) who will receive services from Vavipo Information Technologies, the use of the services offered on the vavipo.com website and the services to be purchased are specified below. shall be deemed to have been signed with the articles and conditions.
This contract is deemed to have been signed with the customer receiving service and the parties declare, accept and undertake that the information written in this contract is correct. All customers can read all contracts on our website, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Account Opening
After your payment to us, your account will be activated if necessary checks are made and no fraud is detected. It is your responsibility to provide us with a working email address. In case of violation of the terms of use or when we need to contact you, we will communicate with you via this e-mail at the time of account opening. It is your responsibility to use an email account that will always be up to date and open. In order to update the unchangeable information, you must contact our customer representative in order to make the necessary changes. For credit card payments not made with 3D Secure, customer representatives may request identification information to ensure identification by the government connected to the credit card used, in this case the ID must be scanned and sent to us. If you do not fulfill these conditions, your order may be considered fraudulent and cancelled.
Content Release
All accounts provided by vavipo.com can only be used within legal permissions. All of our customers who use our services are deemed to have accepted with this agreement that all the content they will publish is in compliance with the law and is harmless. In addition, customers are responsible for all the content they will publish and vavipo.com cannot be held responsible for the content published by customers.
Any copyright or trademark infringement is strictly prohibited while using our service. This is not limited to unauthorized copying of videos, music, books, photographs or any other copyrighted work. If any trademark owner's products are published without permission, a subsequent complaint will request that the content be removed from the site within 24 hours. If the content is not removed, access to the user account will be restricted.
Restrictions for Hosting Users
It is not allowed to use purchased services as a backup area. (Except for the backup of the same account from cPanel.) Again, it is not allowed to use the account as a file store. Examples of transactions that are not allowed on all our hosting servers (such as videos and files streamed from the account) are listed below;

Zero Tolerance Rules
We have zero tolerance for mass spam and similar unsolicited e-mail. Purchased mailing lists and sending mail to them
m is accepted as mail. The spamming customer account will be immediately canceled without warning.
You cannot send spam mail from a server that does not belong to vavipo.com and host the advertised site on our servers. In the event that any account enters the IP address spam blacklists because of the account owner, the account will be suspended or closed immediately.
It is strictly forbidden to post potentially harmful content to minors, such as child pornography or similar perceived content.
Our servers automatically detect the software installed or installed by third parties to access the information of the account holder and automatically suspend the account. In case such situations are not detected automatically, the system administrators remove the actions of the account owner from the logs, allowing the account to be suspended directly. Accounts will be canceled if it is determined that this problem is made deliberately by the account owner.
DDoS attacks, mail bomer, flood, ip spoffing etc. that may come to an account. In the face of such attacks, the account is suspended immediately, as other users on the server are affected by this situation. Accounts that experience this problem frequently will be cancelled.
In case of sudden resource consumption that may affect the entire server, and in case of frequent occurrences, the account will be suspended immediately so that this does not affect other accounts. Accounts that experience this problem frequently will be cancelled.
Payment information
All payments are made in advance. In other words, no payment is made after using the service, payment is taken before using the service. The date when the order is completed and the account is activated will be defined as the due date of recurring invoices. In hosting, if the last payment of the Invoice exceeds 5 days, the account will be suspended and if the payment is not made on the 10th day, the invoices will be automatically canceled and the account will be cancelled.
In Server and Virtual Servers, if the last payment of the invoice is exceeded 3 days, the account will be suspended and if the payment is not made on the 5th day, the invoices will be canceled automatically and the account will be cancelled.
Backup and Data Loss
Web hosting accounts are backed up every Sunday. Repeated backups will overwrite previous backups, we can only keep backups for a week. The backup is made automatically by the automation system and is given to you as a courtesy service. In Dedicated Server and Virtual Server services, backup is not performed unless additional backup service is received. vavipo.com is not responsible for your account data for any reason imaginable. Customers are responsible for keeping and maintaining their own backups.
Technical support
Phone support is not included in our standard support policy. Our customers who want to receive phone support have to purchase the add-on for this service.
Support operations are carried out through the support desk software available on our site. Our company cannot be held responsible for the support messages sent to us through channels other than this (E-mail, public sites, instant messaging systems, etc.).
Only the person who purchased that account can make a support request for an account. Support request cannot be forwarded or opened through third parties. Opened requests are not taken into account.
Every transaction sent to the support desk by the account holder is done without question. Therefore, our company cannot be held responsible for the damage to be seen by the users whose system login information is obtained by 3rd parties by any means.
The scope of technical support is limited to the infrastructure service provided. The scope of this infrastructure service is the hardware of the server used, the operating system and control panel software running on it, the main services connected to it (Web server, Mail server, FTP Server, etc.) and the network access of the server. Technical support of systems such as software and scripts that will be installed on the service purchased from our company is out of our service scope.
Uptime Guarantee
Uptime guaranteed for the continuity of our services has been determined as 99.8%. This warranty specifies the rate during the period excluding the failures caused by force majeure, main companies providing internet access, server failures or customer errors, and planned maintenance work. In case of falling below this promised rate, you can request a refund for that month.
Price change
A price change will not be made before the expiry of the period in which the customers make their payments. vavipo.com reserves the right to change the listed prices and increase or decrease the amount of resources provided in the services. For example, if there is a price change within 6 months from the user who has made an annual payment, no extra fee is charged until it expires. However, when it expires, new payment

Exchange rate-based changes in services such as services and price changes that are not under VAVIPO's control by the relevant companies will be reflected to the customer. Changes
vavipo.com reserves the right to make changes in the contract clauses. Changes made are entered as an announcement in the customer panel on our site of active account holders. Apart from this, changes made via e-mail or any other communication channel are not reported.
Turkey Istanbul Anatolian Courts are authorized to resolve any disputes that may arise during the implementation of this contract.
